About the Role
Wage $18/hr DOE + Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life Insurance, Simple IRA, PTO & paid
holidays.
Looking for a team member to supervise & lead a small team by providing positive direction & training
to maximize efficiency & overall morale.
Duties include tracking production paperwork, blending, sewing & stacking bags. Must have the ability
to regularly lift up to 55lbs & work in a dusty environment.
A prime candidate is detailed, well organized & a self-starter. Supervisory experience preferred. Basic
math comprehension & personal hygiene care is required.
ServSafe, SQF & HACCP certification a plus.
90-day performance review.
We are a drug-free facility. Pre-screen urinalysis test required.
