Through product research, ingredient sourcing, and palatant development, Mountain Meadows has helped pet food and treat manufacturers grow profitability and take market share from their competition. Founder and CEO
GARY TURCO
Gary founded Mountain Meadows and leads product innovation at the company. He is always looking into the future for what is needed next for a breakthrough product. Gary brings a practical approach to formulation with many years of hands-on factory experience. Gary enjoys a relaxing morning on the golf course or ripping up the trails on his mountain e-bike. He enjoys working in the yard and traveling with his friends to enjoy the outdoors. Father of three, he currently resides in Ogden, Utah.

JESSICA DEVOS
Jessica is a research and development expert who loves to think outside the box. Her creative thinking skills make her successful in her job, and she's always looking for ways to help Mountain Meadows be innovative.
Outside of work, you'll find Jessica cheering on her children at their baseball games and ballet recitals - if they are not out camping or fishing somewhere by the water.

CHRIS JENNINGS
Chris is a problem solver. Whenever Mountain Meadows has a new product or piece of equipment, Chris is the guy in charge of implementing it and managing the process. In his free time, he enjoys four-wheeling with his friends, hunting or fishing, and more importantly, spending time with his wife and their dogs and cats! He is passionate about his hometown - Lewistown, MT and says that's his favorite place to be.

ADAM TURCO
Adam started working at Mountain Meadows hauling straw and running the packaging line in high school. Now, he is the founder of Primetrics, a CPA Firm in Portland, OR, which serves as Mountian Meadows accounting team. In his free time, Adam finds himself watching movies with his family, embarking on a nice mountain biking trip, or watching his boys run up and down the soccer field or basketball court. TINA McELROY
Tina is just amazing! She's got a number of tasks in her roles at Mountain Meadows, and she gets them done in a way that exceeds expectations. Primarily when it comes to ordering materials that meet a high standard of quality. When she isn't working hard in day-to-day operations, Tina loves to pick up a book, adventure on a nice hike, or cook up a special meal. She is always telling us her love for Big Sky Lake or Seely Lake in Montana - she highly recommends seeing at least one of the two.
